Relax Hero: Yoga Sequence for Shoulder, Upper Back and Neck Pain

Fellow Hero, I bring you a simple and short yoga sequence that is dear to my heart (and neck). As I spend solid amounts of time sitting in front of a computer, I have been forced to discover stretching and strengthening sequences that skillfully release upper back, shoulder and neck pain.

Though I am outdoors in this video, the sequence is structured such that you can do almost all of it in a chair in front of your desk. As a Superhero Yogi, you must learn how to relieve stress and practice self-care on the fly, in daily life, at a moment’s need.
